Our Team Building offerings are available to any organization that would like to sharpen leadership skills and build trust, group creativity and team cohesion among their staff in a very unique and innovative way.

We explore the different group dynamics and leadership models associated with different music making collectives – like the rock band, the jazz band, the symphonic orchestra, the steel drum ensemble, etc – not in a theoretical way but by actually creating and playing music together in all of those genres. Thanks to CEEMI, all you need is a smartphone, an open mind and a strong desire to collaborate. No prior musical training required.
